Managing Director, Ross Taggart, has appointed Cameron Tink as Associate as from 1 July 2009.

Cameron will be responsible for Operations within Taggart Partners and will work with fellow Associate Melanie Hamilton. Melanie’s expanded role will be in Client Services specialising in small business management, accounting and taxation advice.

Mr Taggart who is also a Director of Hunter Business Chamber announced the appointments to mark the new financial year and recognise the outstanding work of both employees of the practice.

Melanie has worked with the firm for almost 10 years and is the founding President of the Newcastle based networking organisation, genXwomen. Cameron joined the practice in 2003 and is one of the region’s most skilled CA qualified accountants.

‘Melanie has established a strong client base specialising in growing small business whilst Cameron’s expertise is in business process and systems. The appointment of these two senior staff will enable the business to gear itself for continued growth,’ Ross said.

Taggarts is based in Broadmeadow and has for more than 55 years specialised in small business accounting, business and wealth creation.
